At Circle Wellbeing, we combine hands-on therapies with advanced recovery technologies in one coordinated session. Our integrated three-pillar model supports strength, posture, and long-term recovery through precise treatment and modern care tools.
We start by preparing your body for treatment. Using gentle vibration therapy and spinal decompression, we relax your nervous system and awaken your senses to create the ideal foundation for healing.

Whole-body vibration platform that activates muscles and improves circulation

Gentle spinal decompression using motorised table movements
Next, we address your specific needs with targeted hands-on therapy. Whether it's precise chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, or therapeutic scraping and cupping, we focus on factors contributing to your pain.

Hands-on techniques to release tension and improve mobility

Suction therapy for improved circulation and tissue detoxification

Instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy for fascia release
Finally, to help your body maintain progress and reduce recurrence risk, we integrate advanced recovery technologies such as Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS), Magnetolith Therapy (EMTT), Red Light Therapy, and Normatec leg compression. These therapies support circulation, tissue recovery, and ongoing resilience in your healing process.

Light therapy for cellular healing and inflammation reduction

Dynamic air compression for improved circulation and recovery

Scraping (also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage) uses smooth-edged tools to apply pressure across the skin and fascia. This breaks down adhesions, stimulates blood flow, promotes lymphatic drainage and encourages the healing of soft tissue injuries.

Chiropractic adjustments use precise, controlled movements to restore joint motion and relieve pressure on the nervous system. The goal is to improve spinal alignment and function, reduce tension, and allow the body to heal more efficiently.

RLT delivers low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light directly to the skin and tissues. These wavelengths penetrate the mitochondrial layer of cells, where they stimulate ATP production (the body's cellular energy source). This process enhances tissue repair, reduces oxidative stress, and decreases inflammation which promotes natural recovery at a cellular level.

Highly recommend this clinic, this is beyond anything I have been to before. I have had lower back stiffness and right leg issues for over 3 years and finally feel like it’s going to get better continuing treatments here, as after only one session, there has been great improvement.
